We have spent over 10 years fixing things instead of replacing them. 3D printing is a natural extension of that.
When a small plastic part fails, an entire appliance, tool or device can end up being discarded. Often, all it needs is one clip, cover, bracket or gear.
We design and print those parts here in Dungarvan.
What We Print
Replacement and discontinued parts
Drawer runners, vacuum attachments, laptop feet, battery covers and suitable non-safety-critical appliance knobs, clips and trim.
Prototypes and small batches
Parts for design development, fit checks and proof-of-concept work before committing to production.
Jigs and workshop accessories
Alignment jigs, drilling guides, tool holders and bench organisers made to your measurements.
Mounts, brackets and enclosures
Light-duty mounts, cable management, project boxes and enclosures for suitable low-voltage electronics.
Hobby and model parts
Display models, model railway scenery, tabletop terrain, miniature bases, organisers and cosmetic RC parts.
Personalised items
Nameplates, keyrings, signage, display stands and one-off gifts.
Print Size
We print single parts up to 330 mm × 320 mm × 325 mm.
Larger items can sometimes be split into sections and assembled. Send us the details and we will explain what is practical.
Materials
We will discuss the material options based on how your part will be used.
- PLA: Models, display pieces and low-stress indoor parts away from heat.
- PETG: General-purpose functional parts where toughness and moisture resistance matter.
- ABS: Parts requiring improved heat and impact resistance.
- ASA: Outdoor parts where UV and weather resistance matter.
- TPU: Flexible grips, bumpers and protective covers.
Available on request: Polycarbonate and fibre-reinforced filaments, subject to design review and possible test prints.
Actual performance depends on the material, design, print settings and operating conditions.

We accept STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP files.
No file? Not a problem. Send clear photos, ideally with a ruler for scale, along with the key measurements and a description of how the part will be used.
We can model many simple to moderately complex parts. Any design charges are included in the quote and agreed before work begins.

Pricing
Every job is quoted individually. The price depends on size, material, print time and any design or finishing work.
Most small parts cost €25–€50. Larger or more complex jobs are quoted after we review the file or original part.

What We Do Not Print
Our service is for non-food, non-medical and non-safety-critical applications. We do not accept orders for:
- Food-contact items, including cookie cutters, dough stamps, utensils and food containers.
- Children’s toys, childcare products or protective equipment.
- Medical devices or components intended for medical use.
- Safety-critical components, including gas controls, mains-electrical safety parts, electrical insulation, fire protection, lifting parts, pressure-containing parts and structural safety components.
- Vehicle, machinery or flight-critical parts where failure could create a serious hazard.
- Firearm or weapon components.
- Keys, security-bypass tools or items intended to defeat a lock.
- Designs that you do not have the necessary rights or permission to reproduce.
Please explain the intended use before ordering, including exposure to heat, electricity, loads or pressure. We will decline work outside this service scope.
Documentation for raw filament does not establish compliance of a finished printed product. Customer acknowledgements do not make excluded uses acceptable.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a print take?
Small parts are often ready within a day or two. Larger or multipart jobs take longer. We confirm the expected timescale with your quote.
Can you copy a part I already have?
Often, yes. Bring it into the shop or send clear photos and measurements. Simple mechanical shapes are generally easier to reproduce than complex curved forms.
Will it be as strong as the original?
Not necessarily. Strength depends on the design, material, print orientation and working conditions. We discuss these limitations before accepting the job and do not provide certified load ratings.
Do you print in colour?
Yes. Tell us your preferred colour and we will confirm availability.
Do you accept business and trade work?
Yes. We work with businesses across County Waterford and County Cork on prototypes, small batches and repeat orders within the service scope above.
